1. Services

ClearView Windows ("we", "us") provides residential and commercial window replacement and installation services, including double-hung windows, sliding windows, casement windows, bay and bow windows, picture windows, basement and egress windows, patio and sliding doors, and energy-efficient glass upgrades. All services are subject to crew availability and service-area coverage.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on window measurements, style selections, glass options, and site conditions assessed during the in-home consultation. The final price is confirmed before work begins. Unforeseen structural issues (rot, mold, or framing damage) discovered during installation may require additional work, and any cost adjustment will be approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Materials & Warranties

We install premium windows from trusted manufacturers. All windows carry the manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty covering glass seal failure, hardware defects, and frame materials. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product line; specific terms will be provided at time of purchase.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our installation quality, notify us within 30 days and we will return to correct the work free of charge. Our workmanship warranty extends for the life of the windows we install, covering leaks, drafts, and operational issues caused by installation.

5. Installation Process

Standard installations are completed within one day. Complex projects (bay windows, structural modifications, multi-story exterior work) may require additional time. We protect your floors, walls, and furniture during installation and perform a full cleanup upon completion.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions including structural damage, wood rot, mold, pest damage, or water intrusion behind existing window frames. Such conditions will be disclosed and discussed, with repair options and costs, before proceeding with window installation.

7. Energy Savings

Energy savings estimates are based on typical results reported by window manufacturers and the U.S. Department of Energy. Actual savings vary depending on home insulation, HVAC system, climate zone, usage habits, and condition of replaced windows.

8. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with at least 72 hours advance notice. Custom-ordered windows that have entered production cannot be cancelled or returned. A restocking fee may apply to standard-size orders cancelled after confirmation.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to clear the area around windows being replaced (move furniture, remove window treatments, clear sills), provide access to all work areas, and secure pets during installation. We handle exterior access including ladders and scaffolding as needed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or lost income.

11. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Privacy
